ADDITION OF NEW MATERIALS. Licensor may offer additions to the Licensed Materials not otherwise identified in Schedule 1 during the term of the License Agreement. Any fees arising from the addition of new materials, not otherwise identified in Schedule 1, shall be the subject of negotiation and Licensor and Licensee must mutually agree and consent to an increase (if any) in the Fee for subsequent years arising from the addition of new materials to the Licensed Materials.
