Common use of Additional Compensations Clause in Contracts

Additional Compensations. In addition to your rights detailed in this Section 8.2, the Self-transfer Guarantee entitles You to the following: Accommodation – If a Change occurs with short notice leaving You without accommodation for the night (22:00- 08:00), We will cover your costs for accommodation for one or several nights. The compensation is limited to a total of 100 USD per passenger covered by the Self-transfer Guarantee. Any compensation for accommodation that You receive from the airline will be deducted from the Self-transfer Guarantee refund. Meal & Beverage – If a Change leads to your flight(s) being delayed by more than 4 hours, We will cover the cost of meal and beverages up to a total of 12 USD per passenger covered by the Self-transfer Guarantee. Any compensation for meal and/or beverages that You receive from the airline will be deducted from the Self-transfer Guarantee refund. Note that You will need to cover the expenses and provide Us with receipt(s) for such expenses.
