Additional Conditions to Each Disbursement. In addition to all other conditions and requirements set forth in this Agreement and any of the other Loan Documents, Agent may require that each of the following conditions be satisfied (or deemed satisfied or waived as provided in Article II herein) with respect to each disbursement of Loan proceeds:
