Catering Sales definition

Catering Sales means any pre-arranged food and beverage function of multiple customers, such as banquets, receptions, meeting room service, where payment for the entire function rests with one individual or company.
Catering Sales means Gross Sales from Catering at or in association with Authority Events and Team Stadium Events.
Catering Sales means any sales of food and/or beverages (including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages) to multiple customers, where payment for the entire function rests with one (or a limited number of) individuals or companies, typically where payment for such items has been arranged for in advance of such function, such as sales in the suites, banquet rooms, picnic areas or conference rooms in the Facilities; provided that Catering Sales shall not include Sub-Contractor Sales, or Off-Premise Catering Sales.

Catering Sales means Gross Receipts of Contractor generated through Catering Services.
