Common use of Additional or Substituted Public Holidays Clause in Contracts

Additional or Substituted Public Holidays. Where in the whole or part of the State of Victoria, additional or substituted Public Holidays are declared or prescribed on days other than those set out in clauses 46.1 and 46.3, those days shall constitute additional or substituted holidays for the purpose of this Agreement for Employees who have their place of principal employment in a municipality to which the additional or substituted Public Holiday applies.
