Additional Parenting Leave. 17.5.1 Upon request, employees who have completed Maternity, Parental or Adoption Leave are entitled to an additional Leave for Personal Reasons, Article 16.3, of up to 1 year. 17.5.2 Employees who take this Leave will continue to accumulate seniority during the Leave.
