Additional Payments to Meet Minimum. To the extent (and only to the extent) funds lent to the Company expressly permit the proceeds of such loans to be used for such purposes, the Company may make additional payments to one or more Provisional Members or Active Members in an amount which, together with any distribution payable pursuant to Section 4.5, equals a specified minimum amount offered by the Company to such Provisional Member or Active Member for a specified period. To the extent the amount distributable to such a Member pursuant to Section 4.5 for a Distribution Period within the specified period would otherwise be less than the specified minimum amount offered to such a Member, the ICA and PCA Required Payments from such Member shall be reduced or eliminated for such Distribution Period. (Any such reduction shall be allocated proportionately between the ICA and PCA Required Payments otherwise due.) Such additional payments shall only be available during the initial 24-month period starting upon the admission of the initial Active Members under this Agreement and no additional payments under this Section 4.8 shall be made after the initial 24- month period.
