SUBCONTRACTING By way of derogation to the provisions set out in Article II.10, the beneficiaries shall not subcontract any activities funded from the budget category Intellectual outputs. By way of derogation, the provisions set out in points (c) and (d) of Article II.10.2 shall not apply to any of the budget categories except Exceptional costs.
