Method of Providing Communications to You in Electronic Form All Communications that we provide to you in electronic form will be provided either (1) via e-mail, (2) by access to a web site that we will designate in an e-mail notice we send to you at the time the information is available, (3) to the extent permissible by law, by access to a web site that we will generally designate in advance for such purpose, or (4) by requesting you download a PDF file containing the Communication.
Electronic Documents We may make periodic statements, disclosures, notices, and other documents available to you electronically, and, subject to any delivery and receipt verification procedures required by law, you agree to receive such documents electronically and to check the statements for accuracy. If you believe any such statement contains incorrect information, you must follow the procedures set forth in the Related Agreement(s).
PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION I. All classroom teachers shall be evaluated each school year by their principal, assistant principal, or designee administrator.
Electronic Access Access by the Customer to certain systems, applications or products of Bank shall be governed by this Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth in Annex A Electronic Access.
Responsibility for Electronic Data The Student is solely responsible for any non-MVCSD installed software and for any data stored on the Computer. It is the sole responsibility of the Student to backup such data often as necessary. MVCSD provides a means for backup along with directions but MVCSD does not accept responsibility for any such software.
ELECTRONIC SUBMITTALS Contractor shall obtain a license for the State to utilize Submittal Exchange for the purposes of this project. The State and its representatives will have full control of the use of Submittal Exchange by authorized users of the State.
Electronic Links The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may provide hyperlinks from the Participating Institutions’ and the Authorized Users’ web page(s) or website(s) to individual units of content within the Licensed Materials.
