Additional Staff. 1.2.1 Except as allowed by section 1.2.2, if the LIDDA is allocated funding in excess of one full-time equivalent as identified on the Allocation Schedule, the LIDDA must use the excess funds to assign additional staff to support the lead crisis intervention specialist.
1.2.2 With written approval from the Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”), LIDDA may use allocated funding in excess of one full-time equivalent as identified on the Allocation Schedule to fund the provision of crisis respite in accordance with Crisis Respite.
Additional Staff. Provide support to the Lead Crisis Intervention Specialist in fulfilling the responsibilities identified in section K of this Attachment.

Additional Staff. All OLLI-UA staff will be employees of the University of Arizona and report directly to the manager/executive director. Job descriptions for these staff positions will be drafted in cooperation with CaPE, the OLLI-UA Board, and the OLLI-UA manager/executive director. Additional staff positions may include (but are not limited to) program coordinator, office specialist or manager, marketing specialist, or registration coordinator.
Additional Staff. Any additional staffing – for example, humping crew, St Xxxx Ambulance staff and Paramedics – will be charged to the Hirer the rate in force during the Hire Period (details available from the Venue).
Additional Staff. As authorized by the Church Entity and provided in each Task Order, the following Additional Staff may be assigned to perform services under the Agreement. The work performed by the Additional Staff shall be billed to the Church Entity as provided in Exhibit J.
a. Professional Engineers or Architects – will work under the supervision of the Design/Construction Manager in the performance of assigned tasks, including project management, documentation, and oversight; shall be licensed and in good standing to perform the corresponding professional services; and shall have at least three (3) years of experience in the construction industry.
b. Engineers or Architects in Training – will work under the supervision of the Professional Engineers or Architects in project oversight and management tasks; shall have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture.
c. Toxic Monitors – shall be certified Hazardous Materials Abatement Technicians who will provide services where hazardous materials (lead and/or asbestos) abatement will occur as part of the repair work.
Additional Staff. Caterer reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of staff if the Guaranteed Guest Count is 10% higher or lower that the Estimated Guest Count.

Payment Times and Amounts. Payment will be made to Caterer as follows: A Deposit is due on the date this Catering Agreement is signed. The deposit includes the cost of Caterer’s licensing, insurance, labor cost for one bartender, plastic cups, napkins, set up fees and one 80 pound bag of ice. The full deposit will be credited against the Total Cost for the Event. Final payment on the remaining balance of the Total Cost and any Additional Compensation owed shall be paid within 10 days after Customer receives the final invoice from Caterer. The final invoice will be emailed or mailed to Customer at the email/address provided in this Agreement. Penalties. In the event Customer does not timely comply with Section 5 of this Catering Agreement, Customer shall pay interest at the rate of 10% per annum.
