ADDITIONAL SUPPORT Under this Agreement, there shall be: (check one) ☐ - NO ADDITIONAL SUPPORT. Neither Spouse is obligated to pay Additional Support other than the Child Support in this Agreement. ☐ - DEFERRED additional support to the local court or Child Support Services Department in the State of (“Additional Support”).

Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies and procedures as the courses outlined in the Hill College policy manual, catalog, and student handbook. Payment for Services Contractor shall exert reasonable and diligent efforts to collect prompt payment from the Commonwealth. Contractor shall pay Subcontractor in proportion to amounts received from the Commonwealth which are attributable to the Services performed by Subcontractor.
