Access to Emergency Services. THE LIMITATIONS OF OUR LIABILITY AND OUR SUPPLIERS’ LIABILITY SET FORTH ABOVE APPLY TO ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR INDEMNITY, WHETHER ASSERTED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH OR FOR ANY PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE OR FOR ANY INFRINGEMENT OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, CAUSED OR CLAIMED TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY THE USE OR ATTEMPTED USE OF PORTAL ONE SERVICE TO ACCESS AN EMERGENCY SERVICE BY DIALING 911 OR ANY OTHER NUMBER.
Access to Emergency Services. You acknowledge and agree that access to the emergency services via the Telco Services is subject to the Telco Services Emergence Services Notice provided at xxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/?p=63501 (“Emergency Services Notice”), and the exclusions in relation to, and limitations of, our liability as set out in the Emergency Services Notice. EMERGENCY SERVICES ARE NOT OFFERED ON TOLL-FREE NUMBERS OR SIMILAR SERVICE ACCESSORIES OR ADD- ON SERVICE PLANS. You can call all national emergency services as well as emergency services via the emergency number 112 free of charge. The number of the calling line will be made available to the emergency service operator for identification purposes. We will inform you of any change in access to emergency call services or in caller location information in the service to which you have subscribed.
Access to Emergency Services. As part of its provision of the BluIP Communications Service on Your behalf, BluIP shall provide access to local emergency services, including E911 services, in accordance with applicable Laws. Without limiting any other provision of the Agreement, you represent, acknowledge, warrant and agree to abide by all Laws in respect of emergency services, including E911 services.
Access to Emergency Services. You have the right to access emergency health care services when and where the need arises without prior authorization by the AllCare PACE interdisciplinary team.
Access to Emergency Services. 5.1 The Customer acknowledges and understands that:
5.1.1 the Hosted Voice IP Service will not function in the event of a power failure, Communications Line failure and/or Internet failure, and that such failure will prevent any calls being made including to any emergency service;
5.1.2 calls to emergency services will only convey the location of the caller when the caller calls from a Site using an End User Handset;
5.1.3 the ability of emergency organisations and emergency call centres to identify the location of a caller from a Site depends (in the event that a caller is unable to convey the information orally) on the accuracy of the address and postcode of the Site provided by the Customer to the Company and by the Company for onward transmission to the emergency centre database; and
5.1.4 calls to emergency services made via the Software Phone Application will not convey the location of the caller.
5.2 The Customer shall ensure that it communicates the information contained within this clause clearly to all of its users of the Service and to instruct users not to make calls to emergency services using the Software Phone Application unless they have no alternative. Any user who is using an End User Handset but who is not working at their normal place of work (for example, is working at a different Site) must also be similarly instructed by the Customer.
Access to Emergency Services. Each participant has the right to access emergency health care services when and where the need arises without prior authorization by the PACE interdisciplinary team. Participation in treatment decisions. Each participant has the right to participate fully in all decisions related to his or her treatment. A participant who is unable to participate fully in treatment decisions has the right to designate a representative. Specifically, each participant has the following rights:

RESELLER WILL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS WESTCON, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, SUBCONTRACTORS, AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, FINES, PENALTIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) BY, OR ON BEHALF OF ANY THIRD-PARTY RELATING TO THE ABSENCE, FAILURE, INABILITY TO DIAL 911, INCORRECT ROUTING OF EMERGENCY CALLS, AND/OR THE INABILITY OF ANY USER TO ACCESS EMERGENCY SERVICES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE. Xxxxxxxx agrees to test 911 or other emergency services access upon system acceptance and following the performance of any Service by Xxxxxxx. Reseller accepts responsibility for complying with all Local, State and Federal 911/E911 statutes. Westcon personnel may not make any recommendations regarding 911/E911 statues; therefore, Xxxxxxx recommends the Reseller consult legal counsel to determine specific requirements and practices.
Access to Emergency Services. There are important differences between NDP Collaborator and NDP Collaborator Services and Your Mobile Device’s fixed/wireless- line telephone and SMS services. The NDP Collaborator and NDP Collaborator Services do not provide access to emergency services or emergency services providers including, but not limited to, the police, fire departments or hospitals, or otherwise connect You to public safety answering points. You should ensure You can contact Your relevant emergency services providers through Your Mobile Device and/or fixed/wireless-line telephone services/carrier and/or other services.
