Text Messaging Service. Our Text Messaging Service is designed to allow you to communicate with us via text message. By clicking on Text Banking in the mobile app and completing the enrollment process or by texting ENROLL to 000-000-0000, you grant express written permission for us to send you certain alerts including informational (for example: holiday hours, emergency closure), transactional (for example: payment reminder notices, card transactions, suspicious transactions, verification texts), and promotional messages (for example: notification of an available product or service). Our text messaging service allows you to check account balances and account history for enrolled accounts using text (SMS) commands. A list of commands is available by sending HELP via text to 000-000-0000. This number is available on our Website or contact us by phone. You may also initiate text conversations with customer service by texting any of our published numbers including the dedicated 800 number for text alerts with basic questions during our normal business hours. • BAL- Receive a text containing your Available balance(s) for enrolled account(s) • HIST- Receive a text containing account activity for enrolled account(s) • XFER- Transfer funds between linked accounts • ENROLL- Enroll in text banking services • STOP-Discontinue text banking services • Daily Balance- This alert sends your daily Available balance on a specific account selected. • Monthly Balance- This alert sends your Available balance once a month on a particular day for a specific account selected. • Balances Above/Below- This alert lets you know when your Available balance falls below or goes above the amount you select for a specific account based on the timeframe you select. • Transaction Alerts- These alerts notify you when card transactions are applied to your account over a specific amount for a specific account selected.

Text Messaging Service. This service is available if you have a mobile device that can send and receive text messages. Text Messaging Service allows you to view the balance and limited activity on one pre-selected account. Text Messaging Service also allows you to receive alerts. You will select the alerts you wish to receive from the following selection: daily balance alerts, monthly balance alerts, and threshold alerts. Text Messaging Service does not allow transfers. Your use of the Text Messaging Service constitutes your agreement to the following terms and conditions:  You agree to provide CNB with a valid mobile phone number and allow CNB to send you text messages through your wireless provider.  It is your responsibility to notify us immediately of any changes to your registered mobile device. In case of unauthorized access to your mobile device or service, you agree to cancel enrollment associated with the mobile device immediately. Text the word “Stop” to discontinue the service, or contact us directly.  You agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service; any errors in such information; any actions you may or may not take in reliance on the information of service; or any disclosure of account information to third parties resulting from your use of the service.

Some mobile carriers may charge for text messages or for each message sent and received. We recommend that you check with your mobile carrier.
Text Messaging Service. Text Messaging allows you to type text on your nTelos handset using the keypad. Messages sent to a distribution list are billed per recipient. nTelos is not responsible for messages that are lost or significantly delayed. Information sent via text messages, including your wireless phone number, may be intercepted by third parties during transmission over the Internet without your or nTelos’ permission. nTelos is not responsible for the number or content of messages sent to customers using the Wireless Text Messaging Service.

Text Messaging Service. The Student and/or Representative recognizes the AAHP’s free text messaging service for clients, as well as his or her voluntary enrollment/un-enrollment at any time, per the policies of this service. If the Student is a minor or unable to represent him or herself in the eyes of the law, the Student Representative and/or legal guardians will make explicit to the AAHP, and in writing, the name/s of the individual/s to be contacted first and foremost in case of an emergency or urgency, as well as which legal guardian shall have final word as to the Student’s rights and responsibilities at the AAHP under this Agreement. These matters are to be stated in writing when completing the AAHP’s online Student Registration form. The Student and/or Student’s Representative hereby acknowledges that partaking in art studio activities poses inherent risks. The AAHP works diligently to reduce such risks and to keep its 20-year record of no injuries on the premises. The Student or Representative also hereby acknowledges the possibility of such risks, and assumes full responsibility for any discomforts or injuries that he or she may suffer on the premises, and which may or may not be related to studio practice, and regardless of day or hour or occasion. The AAHP’s Comprehensive Safety and Health Protocol (aka as CS&HP) outlines all safety and health policies meant to protect, at all times, our staff, students, vendors and visitors from potential hazards in the studio and other AAHP workspaces and all premises, as well as any space near, on, or aboard the AAHP’s ArtMobile. The Student and/or Representative xxxxxx agrees to follow all safety and health directives presented on the premises through our Orientation presentations at the beginning of any Session, as well as through posted signage, verbal instructions, and other notices that may be sent via voicemail, email, etc. The Student and/or Student representative hereby acknowledge that he or she or any other party representing the Student may not hold the AAHP liable for such risks and their consequences to the Student, the Student’s Representative, other family and friends and relations and associates of any sort.   • TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING In accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13513, “Federal Leadership on Reducing Text Messaging While Driving,” any and all text messaging by Federal employees is banned: a) while driving a Government owned vehicle (GOV) or driving a privately owned vehicle (POV) while on official Government business; or b) using any electronic equipment supplied by the Government when driving any vehicle at any time. All cooperators, their employees, volunteers, and contractors are encouraged to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging when driving company owned, leased or rented vehicles, POVs or GOVs when driving while on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the Government.

Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately. 6.1.3 BellSouth will perform duplicate record checks on records processed to ODUF. Any duplicate messages detected will be deleted and not sent to Quality Telephone. 6.1.4 In the event that Quality Telephone detects a duplicate on ODUF they receive from BellSouth, Quality Telephone will drop the duplicate message and will not return the duplicate to BellSouth).

  • Telephone Service 7.1 Telephone service means, without visiting the Bank, remotely, commensurate with the procedures and regulations established by the Bank, a client’s using telephone communication, to employ various bank services via the telephone number registered at the Bank. In particular: 7.1.1 Obtaining bank information; 7.1.2 Obtaining information on the client’s account(s) requisites, balances and transactions; 7.1.3 Subscribing for various bank services determined by the Bank and amending the registered data; 7.1.4 Within the limits, making transfers and conversions between own accounts; 7.1.5 Changing the email address and factual/legal address; 7.1.6 Opening current and/or deposit account(s); 7.1.7 Expressing a will to receive, change and/or cancel various bank products (among them credit/deposit) (submission of an application to the Bank); 7.1.8 Adding amounts to deposits, consistent with the terms provided in the respective agreement; 7.1.9 Submission of an application (expression of request) to produce a new card/renew, block/unblock the card; 7.1.10 Renewing, blocking the internet bank password; 7.1.11 Transferring money on a credit/installment card of the client and/or depending on the credit limit established for the card payment of the due amount, including pre-payment; 7.1.12 Submission of an application to receive back the amount charged by an ATM. 7.2 The telephone service is activated upon a client’s opening an account. The telephone service is applicable to all bank accounts of the client. If the client does not wish to receive a telephone service with regard to any of their accounts, the client must notify the Bank in writing or in another form envisaged by this agreement (including by notifying via contact center [telephone service center of the Bank], or by means of the internet bank). 7.3 The client is entitled to make a call from any telephone number for the purpose of blocking the bank card and/or to obtain any general bank information. Blocking the bank card shall be effected only after the client is identified. 7.4 By this agreement, the client expresses consent that any telephone conversation with them (as well as any request/application to obtain bank information, registration for using the service center, amending registered data, receiving bank [including credit/deposit] products and/or carrying out a transaction) shall be recorded on the electronic database of the Bank and in case of dispute the record shall be used as evidence. 7.5 The Bank, for the purpose of identification of the client, shall use telephone numbers of the client registered at the Bank and the questions pre-determined by the Bank. The client is identified before providing a telephone service or any other bank service/upon registering for various bank products (electronic services). Without passing the process of identification, the client shall not receive the telephone service described in clause 7.1 of this agreement, other than bank information of a general nature. Upon each telephone communication with the Bank (each time of receiving a telephone service), the client should undergo the identification procedure (give correct answers to the questions [pre-determined by the Bank] raised by the contact center operator). 7.6 The Bank is authorized to refuse to provide telephone service to a person who fails pass the identification procedure. 7.7 In the event the bank representative suspects that a third person other than the client is making attempts to obtain information or carry out a transaction, the Bank is authorized to refuse to perform the telephone service(s). 7.8 For the purpose of identifying a client, the Bank is entitled, at its own discretion, to establish additional mechanisms (requirements) in case of the disregard of which the client will be unable to receive the service described in clause 7.1 of the present agreement, other than bank information of a general nature. 7.9 The client orders the Bank and gives it the right, while establishing telephone communication with the Bank and after passing relevant identification/verification procedures, to: 7.9.1 Provide to them information on their accounts; 7.9.2 At the request of the client, to perform transactions allowed by the Bank within the limits of the telephone service. 7.10 The client is authorized, at any time, to request the Bank to stop telephone calls service provision and/or offering product(s)and registering. To register such a request, the client should perform one of the listed actions below: 7.10.1 Visit a bank branch/service center; 7.10.2 Register the request at the contact center; 7.10.3 Send a notification to the Bank via the internet bank. 7.11 The Bank is obliged, no later than 10 (ten) working days after receiving the request from the client indicated in clause 7.10 of the agreement, to stop making telephone calls to the client for the purpose of offering services and/or products and registration.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Notices and Service 18.1 Any notice or other documents to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered either (i) electronically, (ii) in person, postmarked, stamped and sent by certified mail, postage prepaid, or (iii) sent and delivered by common overnight courier, to the Party concerned at the address or electronic address as one Party may from time to time designate to the other Party.
