Additional University Compensation Increases for Faculty. The FAU Board of Trustees has made a commitment to additional compensation increases for high performing faculty (not XXXX) and librarians. The University shall provide these bargaining unit employees with a total salary increase pool equal to 4.0% of the September 13, 2013 salary base of eligible bargaining unit employees for the 2013-2014 academic year.
