XXXX Employee Promotion Increases. (1) Promotion increases shall be granted to XXXX employees pursuant to procedures and criteria for promotion to each rank for those promoted in 2012-13, effective upon the start of the 2013-14 academic year appointment. Permanent status employees may be promoted, but may not receive any promotion/merit salary increase.
