ADDITIONAL WAGE STIPEND. In addition to the straight-time hourly rates of pay listed in Appendix A, the Employer will pay a total of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per month as an additional wage payment to each employee covered by this Agreement working sufficient hours to qualify for participation in the State of Washington Public Employees Retirement System.
