Common use of Adequate Classroom Space Clause in Contracts

Adequate Classroom Space. The Board shall make a reasonable effort to provide classroom and library space which meets the pedagogical needs of the various academic subjects. Appropriate classroom size, level of permissible background noise, appropriate blackboard space and library facilities, and the need for access to audiovisual equipment shall all be considered when allocating classrooms. Employees with mobility disabilities shall be assigned to workspaces in wheelchair accessible buildings.
