Adequate Coverage. Employee shall provide the Services in a manner sufficient to meet the needs of the Company, as may be reasonably determined from time-to-time by the Company, but shall include but not be limited to working during regular business hours as established by the Company and as otherwise needed. ADHERENCE TO COMPANY'S POLICIES AND RULES. Employee shall fully comply with all Company policies, procedures and rules, whether now in force or hereafter adopted or amended at the Company's discretion.
