Adequate Precautions. The Contractor shall take adequate precautions to protect existing utilities on and off the Project site and avoid damage thereto. The Contractor shall repair or replace or have repaired or replaced at its expense any damage to streets, water, sewer, light, power, cable, or telephone lines or fiber network that are damaged by reason of the Contractor’s Work.
