ADHERENCE TO LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS. All work performed under this contract shall comply with DOT’s Highway Rules as codified in Title 34, Chapter 2 of the Rules of the City of New York. The Contractor shall also adhere to all other applicable laws, rules and regulations.
