Adjustment of Manager Compensation with Liveable Wage Increases. If during the Term of the Agreement, there is an increase in the liveable wage rate by the City of Durham, Manager shall have the right to request an amendment to the Agreement to adjust compensation to the Manager, if necessary, to accommodate such increase in the liveable wage rate paid to its employees. Within 30 days after being notified by the City of an increase in the city liveable wage rate, Manager shall provide notice to the City that it wishes to execute an amendment to the Agreement. Manager shall provide all necessary accounting, payroll and documentation requested by the City to determine the adjustment amount. Failure to timely request an amendment to the Agreement shall not relieve Manager of its obligations to pay the liveable wage rate as pursuant to this Section 13.4.
