Staff Recruitment. FSI and the Client agree that during and for one year following the expiry or termination of this agreement, neither party will directly solicit for employment or engagement the personnel of the other. This does not prohibit either party from giving consideration to any application for employment or services submitted either on an unsolicited basis or in response to a general advertisement of employment opportunities.
Staff Recruitment. Both parties hereby agree that for the period of each Agreement and for 12 months after its termination or expiry for any reason, neither party shall employ, or seek to offer employment to an employee of the other party who has been involved in the receipt or provision of the Services save by mutual written consent.
Staff Recruitment. If the Manager proposes utilizing a staffing agency for help fulfill its staffing requirements, the City of Durham requires the contractor to utilize a City- approved staffing agency. A list of approved temporary staffing agencies is provided as Exhibit I.

Staff Recruitment. Each building principal or his designee shall have the right and responsibility to interview prospective staff who might be hired and assigned to his school and to recommend to the Superintendent whether they should be hired. In assigning a newly hired staff employee to a school, the Superintendent shall consider carefully and give due weight to the evaluation given by the principal for that new employee.
Staff Recruitment. 3.1 The Recipient shall operate policies on personnel matters for Staff that are acceptable to the Council. These should include appropriate arrangements for recruitment, checks for suitability, levels of qualification and/or experience for specific posts, training and development, and supervisory, disciplinary and grievance procedures, having regard to the nature of the Service.
3.2 The Recipient will comply with the requirements of the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Groups Xxx 0000 in respect of all Staff.
3.3 The Recipient will undertake checks with the Disclosure and Barring Service for the purpose of checking at an enhanced level of disclosure for the existence of any criminal convictions or other relevant information subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Xxx 0000 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended) in respect of all Staff who carry out Regulated Activities including checks of the Children’s Barred List relating to the protection of children and the Adults Barred List relating to the protection of vulnerable adults.
3.4 The Recipient will ensure that the level and validity of all enhanced criminal record checks including checks of the Children’s Barred Lists and Adults Barred Lists are monitored throughout the duration of this Agreement.
3.5 The Recipient will not engage any Staff or continue to employ any Staff in the delivery of the Service who appear unsuitable as a result of information received from the checks.
3.6 The Recipient warrants that at all times for the purposes of this Agreement it has no reason to believe that any person who is or will be employed or engaged by the Recipient in Regulated Activity in the delivery of the Service is barred from the activity in accordance with the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Groups Xxx 0000 and any regulations made thereunder, as amended from time to time.
3.7 The Recipient will provide all information requested by the Council for the purposes of ensuring the Recipient’s compliance with Clauses 3.2 to 3.6.
3.8 The Recipient shall:
(a) Ensure all Staff are aware of the possibility of abuse, the possible signs and symptoms of abuse and know their responsibilities to respond to and report allegations of abuse.
(b) Ensure that all Staff have access to an up-to-date version of the Multi Agency Policy and Procedures for the Protection of Vulnerable Adults from Abuse (copies will be provided on request).

In the ev ent of either party employing or using the services of any such employ ee or consultant in contravention of the Agreement, the offending party will pay to the other eighteen (18) month's salary for that employee or consultant, such sum to be pay able on the date when such employee or consultant was f irst employ ed or used.

Staff Recruitment. For presidential and provincial councils’ elections, 10 trainers and assistant trainers will be recruited/contracted for HQ from 01st Nov, 2013 to 30th May, 2014; 180 trainers for PO from 15th Jan, 2013 to 15th May, 2014. Considering the lessons learned from previous electoral processes, 20 trainers will be added to the total number of trainers in POs. For each province, in view of number of DFCs to be trained, 4-9 trainers will be granted. Also, effort must be made to observe gender balance in recruitment of trainers because considering the existing cultural conditions in some of the provinces, training programs for males and females must be conducted separately. If, in provinces, security situation allows, HQ trainers will be part of recruitment team for provincial trainers. Provincial trainers will also be part of recruitment team for DFCs and their recruitment process will end before the date. DFCs will, in coordination with POs, be responsible for recruitment of all PC and PSs’ staff. It is worth mentioning that before start of staff training programs, the recruitment process must end.
