Adjustment of Salary Schedule. Each employee will be placed on his/her proper step of the salary schedule as of the effective date of this agreement and in accordance with paragraph C below (save and except no employee shall receive a cash raise larger than 1 ½ steps, except for those moving horizontally due to additional hours).
