Adjustments for Period of Secondment. It is understood and agreed that the General Partner shall be liable for Provided Personnel Expenses to the extent, and only to the extent, they are attributable to the Period of Secondment. As such, if the Period of Secondment begins on other than the first day of a month or ends on other than the last day of a month, the Provided Personnel Expenses for such month shall be prorated based on the number of days during such month that the Period of Secondment was in effect.
