Adjustments to Commissions. When a product is returned by a customer for a refund or a chargeback occurs, the commissions and overrides earned as a result of the corresponding sale will be deducted from the Business Partner and upline lineage. In addition, any points, volume, or metric used to calculate eligibility or payout of commissions, bonuses, incentives, or promotions will be adjusted.
Adjustments to Commissions. Agent may collect commission adjustments for a period of up to 12 months from the date compensation would have been due. Commission adjustments will be automatically included in the following month’s commission payment and may not be collected by means of an independent payment. Agent forfeits its right to any payment after 12 months and Plan has no obligation to make any payment.
Adjustments to Commissions. If a product is returned to ALIGN for a refund or a chargeback occurs, the commission attributable to the returned or repurchased product(s) will be recovered by the Company. Compensation will be deducted from the Affiliate’s commission in the month in which the refund is issued or the chargeback occurs and shall continue every pay period thereafter until the commission is recovered. ALIGN reserves the right to withhold or reduce any Affiliate’s compensation as it deems necessary to comply with any garnishment or court order directing ALIGN to retain, hold, or redirect such compensation to a third party.
Adjustments to Commissions. The commissions that are tracked and calculated by the GAN system, and that are displayed to You in the GAN interface, are preliminary pending adjustments by Google and advertisers. Each advertiser may adjust the commission amount owed to You based on Your compliance with applicable Advertiser Specific Terms or for any other reason at the advertiser’s discretion. • Timing of Payment. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the AdSense Online Terms, Google shall pay You within thirty (30) days after the end of the month in which Google has received the relevant payment from the applicable advertiser, as allocated and determined by Google.
