Administering Medication to Students. The Employer provides liability insurance for employees who administer medication and medical treatments to students in accordance with Section 85 of The Education Act, 1995 and the Employer's Administration Policy 413. The Employer agrees to provide Section 85 of The Education Act, 1995 and the Employer's Administration Policy 413 to employees who administer medication and medical treatments to students.
