Administration and Reports. The Investment Consultant shall keep accurate and detailed accounts and records of its services hereunder, the Assets and all transactions involving the Assets, including such records as are customary or required under any applicable law, regulation, or requirement. The Investment Consultant agrees that all accounts and records relating to said services and Assets shall be open to inspection, copying, and audit at all reasonable times by any Person designated by the Fund. Upon termination, the Fund may request all books and records be transferred to it, except for those books and records that are required to be, or are customarily, retained by the Investment Consultant. The Investment Consultant agrees that, except for accounts and records routinely or customarily destroyed in the ordinary course of business in compliance with existing laws governing the retention of such documents, no such accounts and records relating to the Fund may be destroyed by it unless the Investment Consultant first notifies the Fund in writing of its intention to do so and then provides the Fund with the opportunity to take possession of such accounts and records as the Fund and the Investment Consultant shall mutually agree.

  • Information and Reports The contractor will provide all information and reports required by the Acts, the Regulations, and directives issued pursuant thereto and will permit access to its books, records, accounts, other sources of information, and its facilities as may be determined by the sponsor or the Federal Aviation Administration to be pertinent to ascertain compliance with such Nondiscrimination Acts And Authorities and instructions. Where any information required of a contractor is in the exclusive possession of another who fails or refuses to furnish the information, the contractor will so certify to the sponsor or the Federal Aviation Administration, as appropriate, and will set forth what efforts it has made to obtain the information.
