Administration of Project Advertisement and Preparation and Delivery of Bid Documents City will prepare advertisements and notices announcing or soliciting bids for the construction of the project and City will arrange for advertising. City (not Consultant) will pay for all advertisement and notices directly. Consultant shall assemble the Bid Documents and City will deliver the bid documents to a third party bid hosting service that is the City's authorized Bidding service provider (this provider to be identified by the City prior to bidding), in PDF format. The City will engage a third-party bid hosting service to distribute the contract documents and the third-party bid hosting service will maintain a list of registered parties. Consultant shall print hard copies of bid documents and addenda for the Consultant and City team to use during the bid period.

  • Joint Preparation The preparation of this Agreement has been a joint effort of the parties and the resulting documents shall not, solely as a matter of judicial construction, be construed more severely against one of the parties than the other.

  • Preparation of Agreement This Agreement shall not be construed more strongly against any party regardless of who is responsible for its preparation. The parties acknowledge each contributed and is equally responsible for its preparation.
