Administration of Project Advertisement and Preparation and Delivery of Bid Documents. The City of Bend will prepare advertisements and notices announcing or soliciting bids for the construction of the project and the City will arrange for advertising. City (not Consultant) will pay for all advertisement and notices directly. Consultant will assemble the Bid Documents and deliver the bid documents to the Central Oregon Builders Exchange (COBE), the City’s authorized Bidding service provider, in PDF format. Consultant will review files with COBE on-screen at COBE prior to the bidding documents being made public, to avoid COBE errors in PDF to TIFF file conversion as has occurred previously. The City will use Central Oregon Builders Exchange (COBE) to distribute the contract documents and COBE will maintain a list of plan holders (who have ordered prints from COBE) and a list of registered parties. Consultant will print hard copies of addenda for the Consultant and City team to use during the bid period. Consultant will review and provide professional engineer stamp to all hard copy addenda.

  • Electronic Execution and Delivery A digital reproduction, portable document format (“.pdf”) or other reproduction of this Agreement may be executed by one or more parties hereto and delivered by such party by electronic signature (including signature via DocuSign or similar services), electronic mail or any similar electronic transmission device pursuant to which the signature of or on behalf of such party can be seen. Such execution and delivery shall be considered valid, binding and effective for all purposes.

  • SUPERVISION AND CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES 4.3.1 The Contractor shall supervise and direct the Work, using his / her best skill and attention.   • PRINTING OF AGREEMENTS 35.1 The Company will undertake the responsibility for the printing of the collective agreements as may be required from time to time and will absorb the cost of such printing. This will include the cost of printing updated pages.
