This includes allowance for coordination with City purchasing staff, for inclusion of CWSRF bidding requirements. Within this task, Consultant will prepare recommendations to address risk of known and unknown debris and waste that exists within Schedule F, west of BNSF railroad. Recommendations will be developed based on professional experience and include bidding approach (including measurement, payment, sequencing and relation to predecessor and successor tasks), risk mitigation, specific qualifications of Contractors working in areas where unknown waste may be encountered (such as OSHA HAZWOPPER training and certification). Consultant will develop recommendations, and City will determine related bidding and award constraints for the pipeline installation and final grading of this area west of the BNSF railroad tracks (including retaining City’s option to award or not-award the work in this area) to manage risks associated with potential debris or waste that could be encount...

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.
