ADMINISTRATIVE AND ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES. ‌ a. The Deputy Minister is responsible for providing the Agency with the administrative and organizational support services listed in Appendix 3 to this MOU, and for negotiating with Ontario Shared Services concerning these services, as appropriate. b. Appendix 3 may be reviewed at any time at the request of either party. c. The Deputy Minister will ensure that the support or services provided to the Agency are of the same quality as those provided to the Ministry’s own divisions and branches.
