Common use of Administrative Communications Clause in Contracts

Administrative Communications. The parties recognize that a variety of contract administrative matters will routinely arise throughout the Term of this Agreement. These matters will by their nature involve requests, notices, questions, assertions, responses, objections, reports, claims, and other communications made personally, in meetings by phone, by mail and by electronic and computer communications. The purpose of this Section is to set forth a process by which the resolution of the matters at issue in such communications, once resolution is reached, can be formally reflected in the common records of the parties so as to permit the orderly and effective administration of this Agreement.
