Administrative Evaluation of Program Chair. All Program Chairs shall be evaluated by the administrator to whom he/she reports at least once per year and no later than one (1) month prior to the end of each Spring Semester in which he/she serves as Program Chair. An “Administrative Evaluation Form” will be completed by the administrator prior to meeting with the Program Chair. The Program Chair will be provided a copy of the evaluation form during the meeting. The Program Chair may submit a rebuttal statement within six (6) days of receiving the evaluation form and, if submitted, will be attached to the evaluation form and placed in his/her personnel file.
