Administrative Fees to be Charged to the School By the Sponsor a. The Sponsor may charge the School an administrative fee in an amount not to exceed the maximum rate allowed under section 1002.33(20), Florida Statutes. Such fee shall be withheld ratably from the distribution of funds, defined in section 1002.33(17)(b), Florida Statutes, to be made to the School under this Charter. Such fee shall cover only those services provided by the Sponsor which are required to be covered under such statute. If the School requests services from the Sponsor beyond those provided for in statute, the Sponsor and the School will enter into a separate written agreement approved by both parties. b. The Sponsor shall provide the distribution of funds reconciliation simultaneously with each revenue disbursement to the School including any administrative and other fees and charges withheld.

  • Service Charge The Tenant must pay the Service Charge in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 3. The Tenant must pay: VAT on any consideration in respect of a VAT Supply to the Tenant by the Landlord at the same time as the consideration is paid; and on demand VAT (and interest, penalties and costs where these are incurred because of anything the Tenant does or fails to do) charged in respect of any VAT Supply to the Landlord in respect of the Premises where that VAT is not recoverable by the Landlord from HM Revenue & Customs. The Tenant must not do anything that would result in the disapplication of the option to tax in respect of the Landlord’s interest in the Building. The Tenant must pay interest on the Rents and on all other sums not paid on or by the due date (or, if no date is specified, not paid within 10 Business Days after the date of demand). Interest will be payable at the Interest Rate for the period starting on the due date (or date of demand) and ending on the date of payment. The Tenant must pay on demand the Landlord’s costs (including legal and surveyor’s charges and bailiff’s and enforcement agent’s fees) and disbursements in connection with: any breach of the Tenant’s obligations in this Lease, including the preparation and service of a notice under section 146 of the 1925 Act; any application by the Tenant for consent under this Lease, whether that application is withdrawn or consent is granted or lawfully refused, except in cases where the Landlord is required to act reasonably and the Landlord unreasonably refuses to give consent; [and] [carrying out works to the Premises to improve their Environmental Performance where the Tenant, in its absolute discretion, has consented to the Landlord doing so; and]31 the preparation and service of a schedule of dilapidations served no later than six months after the End Date. Third party indemnity32 The Tenant must indemnify the Landlord against all actions, claims, demands made by a third party, all costs, damages, expenses, charges and taxes payable to a third party and the Landlord’s own liabilities, costs and expenses incurred in defending or settling any action, claim or demand in respect of any personal injury or death, damage to any property and any infringement of any right, in each case arising from: the state and condition of the Premises or the Tenant’s use of them; the exercise of the Tenant’s rights; or the carrying out of any Permitted Works. In respect of any claim covered by the indemnity in clause 4.7.1, the Landlord must: give formal notice to the Tenant of the claim as soon as reasonably practicable after receiving notice of it; provide the Tenant with any information and assistance in relation to the claim that the Tenant may reasonably require and the Landlord is lawfully able to provide, subject to the Tenant paying to the Landlord all costs incurred by the Landlord in providing that information and assistance; and mitigate its loss (at the Tenant’s cost) where it is reasonable for the Landlord to do so.

  • Costs Charged Cost shall be charged to this contract only in accordance with the County and other requirements as required by funding source(s).

Lessee shall also pay when due all gas, water, steam, electricity, heat, power, telephone, and other charges incurred in the operation, maintenance, use, occupancy and upkeep of the Equipment, and all special assessments and charges lawfully made by any governmental body for public improvements that may be secured by a lien on the Equipment; provided that with respect to special assessments or other governmental charges that may lawfully be paid in installments over a period of years, Lessee shall be obligated to pay only such installments as are required to be paid during the Term of this Lease as and when the same become due. Lessee shall not be required to pay any federal, state or local income, inheritance, estate, succession, transfer, gift, franchise, gross receipts, profit, excess profit, capital stock, corporate, or other similar tax payable by Lessor, its successors or assigns, unless such tax is made in lieu of or as a substitute for any tax, assessment or charge which is the obligation of Lessee under this Section. Lessee may, at its own expense and in its own name, in good faith contest any such taxes, assessments, utility and other charges and, in the event of any such contest, may permit the taxes, assessments, utility or other charges so contested to remain unpaid during the period of such contest and any appeal therefrom unless Lessor shall notify Lessee that, in the opinion of Independent Counsel, by nonpayment of any such items the interest of Lessor in the Equipment will be materially endangered or the Equipment or any part thereof will be subject to loss or forfeiture, in which event Lessee shall promptly pay such taxes, assessments, utility or other charges or provide Lessor with full security against any loss which may result from nonpayment, in form satisfactory to Lessor.

  • Administrative Fees and Formalities 1. Each Party shall ensure, in accordance with Article VIII:1 of GATT 1994 and its interpretative notes, that all fees and charges of whatever character (other than import and export duties, charges equivalent to an internal tax or other internal charge applied consistently with Article III:2 of GATT 1994, and antidumping and countervailing duties) imposed on or in connection with importation or exportation are limited in amount to the approximate cost of services rendered and do not represent an indirect protection to domestic goods or a taxation of imports or exports for fiscal purposes. 2. Neither Party may require consular transactions, including related fees and charges, in connection with the importation of any good of the other Party. 3. Each Party shall make available through the Internet or a comparable computer based telecommunications network a current list of the fees and charges it imposes in connection with importation or exportation.
