Common use of Administrative Manuals and Bulletins Clause in Contracts

Administrative Manuals and Bulletins. BCBSM will, without charge, supply Facility with access to electronic versions (e.g., web-DENIS) of any provider manual, guidelines and administrative information concerning billing requirements and other information as may be reasonably necessary for Facility to properly provide and be reimbursed for Covered Services to Members under this Agreement. If BCBSM does not make such information electronically available, BCBSM will, without charge, supply Facility with written versions of such manuals, guidelines, etc. Facility will adhere to all BCBSM published guidelines for the provision of Covered Services to Members.
