Common use of Administrative Officer Clause in Contracts

Administrative Officer. In the event the employee believes his/her grievance has not been satisfactorily resolved, the grievance shall be submitted in writing to the Administrative Officer within seven (7) calendar days from the receipt of the Appointing Authority’s written response. A meeting of the parties may be held by mutual agreement. Within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the grievance, the Administrative Officer/designee shall deliver his/her written decision to the author of the grievance.
