Administrative Offices. In order to facilitate the satisfaction of its obligations undertaken pursuant to this Agreement and to perform its business as anticipated under the Agreement, Hardball shall at all times during the Term of this Agreement have the right of access to and exclusive use of all Hardball Areas. All equipment, computers, desks, phones and other FF&E required for the Administrative Offices shall be Hardball’s cost and responsibility. None of the foregoing shall be paid for by the City or be part of the Hardball Contribution.

A feature in Microsoft that allows Benton County IT to control users and computer accounts across Benton County’s network.

Western Auto will pay $2,700 per week for this service. Employees involved in the provision of this service shall be employees of Western Auto.
