Administrative Offices. In order to facilitate the satisfaction of its obligations undertaken pursuant to this Agreement and to perform its business as anticipated under the Agreement, Hardball shall at all times during the Term of this Agreement have the right of access to and exclusive use of all Hardball Areas. All equipment, computers, desks, phones and other FF&E required for the Administrative Offices shall be Hardball’s cost and responsibility. None of the foregoing shall be paid for by the City or be part of the Hardball Contribution.

3. Install full-height, 1-1/2" wide corner guards to match the color tone of adjacent walls.
Administrative Offices. During the Term, the WTCC shall provide CIHS with exclusive use of appropriate administrative offices and staff work areas (CIHS Offices). These office areas shall be located within the CIHS Areas within reasonably close proximity to the CIHS Classrooms, and are identified on Exhibit C. WTCC reserves the right to require students, faculty, and staff of CIHS and/or WCPSS to execute an assumption of risk and waiver of liability prior to using any of the facilities described herein. In the event Board elects to relocate the CIHS administration from RT-2 to a WCPSS site, the parties will adapt and modify utilization of the designated Administrative as collaboratively determined to meet CIHS and WTCC space needs.
Administrative Offices. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Contractor and SUBCONTRACTOR agree that SUBCONTRACTOR shall have the right to occupy office space at the Facilities (the "Occupancy Date") prior to the Commencement Date upon terms and conditions to be mutually agreed upon and described in Orders issued hereunder.

Administrative Offices. The PRPHA’s Central Administrative Offices located in Rio Piedras, each of the Regional Offices of the PRPHA and the offices of each of PRPHA’s Private Management Companies and Municipal Management Agents.

All equipment, desks, phones and other personal property required for the Licensee Areas shall be Licensee’s cost and responsibility.
Administrative Offices. Shall be defined as offices for the management and operation of for-profit or not-for-profit entities that do not include (i) manufacturing, (ii) industrial operations or (iii) research and development and laboratory activities involving the use of hazardous substances, including biologic materials.
Administrative Offices. The standard work week shall consist of thirty-two and one half (32 ½) hours per week. Effective upon the execution of this contract the hours of operation of the Township shall be 8:30
a. m. to 4:00 p.m. Departments must be staffed during these hours. Employees may select one of the following:
1. Working from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour lunch.
2. Working from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a one- half (1/2) hour lunch.
3. Working form 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a one- half (1/2) hour lunch. Selections will be based on seniority but must be with the approval of the Administrator. Approval will not be unnecessarily withheld or delayed.
