Common use of Administrative Seniority Clause in Contracts

Administrative Seniority. Administrators who have taught in the Xxxxx Center Public Schools shall retain their district seniority for their teaching experience for four (4) years. Said seniority shall remain frozen during that period of time that they are an administrator. Should they return to the bargaining unit within four (4) years their seniority shall continue on from their frozen seniority.
