Administratively-Initiated Transfers. 10.2.1 In the event that the Superintendent deems that compelling circumstances require that a teacher be transferred on an administrative basis, the teacher and the Association shall be in writing of the reason(s) for this action by the Superintendent. The District shall provide two copies of the letter to the teacher, one of which may be given to the Association at the teacher’s discretion. 10.2.2 Administrative transfers will not be punitive.
