Administrator’s Duties. The duties of the Administrator shall be as prescribed for the position of Superintendent in the Board of education POLICY MANUAL. The duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and goals established by the Board of Education. The Administrator agrees to devote his time, skill, labor, and attention to his duties as Superintendent throughout the term of this contract; provided, however, the Administrator, by agreement with the Board of Education may undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing, or other professional duties and obligations.
Administrator’s Duties. The Administrator agrees to perform faithfully the duties of the position as prescribed by the laws and regulations of the State of Nebraska; the policies, rules and regulations promulgated by the Board; the Administrator Job Description; and the directives of the Board.

He shall be subject to the direction and control of the Board at all times and shall perform such administrative duties as the Board assigns to him. By agreement with the Board, he may undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing, or other professional duties and obligations as long as they do not interfere with carrying out his duties and obligations to the ESU.
Administrator’s Duties. The Administrator shall faithfully execute the Policies, Procedures and directives of the Board of Education, as they may be amended, from time to time. As Superintendent he will also act as an advisor to the Board of Education on matters pertaining to the school administration or to the School District, and he will promptly report to the Board of Education all facts and information that would materially affect the business of the School District. He shall fulfill all of the duties and obligations incumbent upon him as the executive head of the School District, or in such other position to which the Administrator may be assigned. The Administrator further warrants, represents and affirms: that he will perform his duties to the satisfaction of the Board of Education and that he will perform his duties in accordance with the law and with such care and skill as is necessary to prevent injury to the property, good will and interests of the School District.

From and after the Effective Date, the Administrator shall maintain in its books and records an ongoing accounting of the aggregate Obligations of which the Administrator has received notice pursuant to the terms of Section 3.1. The Administrator shall be entitled to rely exclusively on the information provided by the Lenders and shall have no obligation to verify the accuracy of such information with the Pledgor or any other source. Periodically during each Banking Day as the Administrator shall deem reasonable under the circumstances (in its sole discretion), and at or about 4:30 p.m. on each Banking Day, the Administrator shall compare the Minimum Collateral Amount to the Collateral Value of the Eligible Securities in the Collateral Pool for such day and shall take such actions with respect thereto as shall be required by the provisions of Article IV. After 4:30 p.m. on each Banking Day, the Administrator shall provide notices, by facsimile transmission, to the Pledgor and each Lender stating (i) the aggregate amount of all Credit Extensions made by such Lender on such Banking Day that have been confirmed by the Administrator as being Secured Obligations, (ii) the aggregate principal amount of the Secured Obligations owing to such Lender, (iii) the aggregate principal amount of all Secured Obligations and (iv) the Collateral Value of the Collateral Pool. Such information shall indicate such amounts as reflected in the Administrator's records as of 4:30 p.m. on such Banking Day.
Administrator’s Duties. In order that Sub-Administrator may fulfill its obligations hereunder, the Administrator shall furnish to Sub-Administrator, on a daily basis, certain accounting entries and information, including Series expense information and daily shareholder transaction data.
