Administrators. The principal must hold an appropriate administrator’s license from VDOE when the Charter School is operating and shall produce sufficient proof of appropriate licensure to the School Board prior to performing any duties of the position. Failure to present proof of appropriate licensure to the satisfaction of the School Board shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement.
