Certain General Authority of the Claims Processor. 11.5.1 The Claims Processor shall have the authority to perform all actions, to the extent not expressly prohibited by, or otherwise inconsistent with, any provision of this Agreement, deemed by the Claims Processor to be reasonably necessary for the efficient and timely administration of this Agreement; provided, however, that such actions are agreed to by the Parties or otherwise ordered by the Claims Administrator.
