Administrators. i. The salary of an administrator assuming or resuming a faculty appointment shall be determined by taking the original base salary for the secondary faculty appointment and increasing such base salary by any salary increases provided for in this Agreement (total salary pool), or predecessor Agreements, over the relevant time period. ii. It is provided further, however, that the Xxxxxxx shall have discretion in such cases to increase that base salary to account for factors such as the salary range of faculty of the same rank in the academic unit, academic experience and expertise, standing in the academic discipline and duties to be performed.
