Other Provisions of the Agreement. Except as provided above, the Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Other Provisions of the Agreement. 1. Seasonal Employees are entitled to overtime and shift differential as specified in Article 5.
2. Seasonal Employees shall be paid the hourly wage rate for the classification in which they are working.
3. Seasonal Employees who are subpoenaed as a witness regarding Municipal work shall be eligible for court leave during work hours as specified in Article 4.7.
4. Seasonal Employees shall be granted three (3) working days of paid bereavement leave for a deceased immediate family member.
5. Seasonal Employees are specifically excluded from participation in all other provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the parties, unless expressly enumerated in this Article.
Other Provisions of the Agreement. Seasonal Employees are eligible for overtime and shift differential as specified in Article 5. Seasonal Employees are eligible for additional work assignments in accordance with Article 3.

Seasonal Employees are specifically excluded from participation in all other provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the parties unless expressly enumerated in this Article.
Other Provisions of the Agreement. Except as set forth in this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
