ADOPTED AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Agreement between the Parties shall consist of the Interconnection Agreement for the state of Missouri entered into by and between Socket Telecom, LLC (“Socket”), and Spectra Communications, LLC d/b/a CenturyLink, dated September 9, 2006, as filed with the Missouri Public Service Commission ("Adopted Agreement").
1.2 This Agreement is made a part of and incorporates the terms and conditions of the Adopted Agreement.
1.3 Except as set forth herein, the Adopted Agreement remains unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Adopted Agreement and this Agreement, this Agreement will control.
1.4 This Agreement shall supersede and replace in full any and all prior agreements, written and oral, between CLEC and CenturyLink pertaining to the subject matter hereof, applicable to the state of Missouri.
ADOPTED AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Agreement between the Parties shall consist of the Interconnection Agreement entered into by and between Qwest Corporation d/b/a CenturyLink QC and Valley Communications, Inc. dba Valley FiberCom, that was approved January 3, 2019.
1.2 This Agreement is made a part of and incorporates the terms and conditions of the Adopted Agreement, including all amendments to that Adopted Agreement (the “Terms”).
1.3 Except as set forth herein, the Adopted Agreement remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
ADOPTED AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Agreement between the Parties shall consist of the Wireless Agreement for the state of Nebraska entered into by and between Verizon Wireless, and Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink QC, dated approved May 17, 2011, ("Adopted Agreement"). as filed with the Nebraska Public Service Commission (“Commission”).
1.2 This Agreement is made a part of and incorporates the terms and conditions of the Adopted Agreement, including all amendments to that Adopted Agreement (the “Terms”).
1.3 Except as set forth herein, the Adopted Agreement remains unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the Terms of the Adopted Agreement and this Agreement, this Agreement will control.
ADOPTED AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Agreement between the Parties shall consist of the Interconnection Agreement entered into by and between Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink QC and Eschelon Telecom of Utah, Inc., for the State of Utah, that was approved by the Commission in 2008 ("Adopted Agreement").
1.2 This Agreement is made a part of and incorporates the terms and conditions of the Adopted Agreement, including all amendments to that Adopted Agreement (the “Terms”).
1.3 Except as set forth herein, the Adopted Agreement remains unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the Terms of the Adopted Agreement and this Agreement, this Agreement will control.
ADOPTED AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Agreement between the Parties shall consist of the Interconnection, Collocation and Resale Agreement for the state of Pennsylvania entered into by and between TCG Pittsburgh and TCG New Jersey, Inc. (“TCG”), and The United Telephone Company of Pennsylvania LLC f/k/a Embarq d/b/a CenturyLink, dated July 9, 2009, as filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission ("Adopted Agreement").
1.2 This Agreement is made a part of and incorporates the terms and conditions of the Adopted Agreement.
1.3 Except as set forth herein, the Adopted Agreement remains unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Adopted Agreement and this Agreement, this Agreement will control.
1.4 This Agreement shall supersede and replace in full any and all prior agreements, written and oral, between CLEC and CenturyLink pertaining to the subject matter hereof, applicable to the state of Pennsylvania.
ADOPTED AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Agreement between the Parties shall consist of the Interconnection Agreement entered into by and between CenturyLink and BCN Telecom, Inc., that was approved by the Commission in 2014 ("Adopted Agreement").
1.2 This Agreement is made a part of and incorporates the terms and conditions of the Adopted Agreement, including all amendments to that Adopted Agreement (the “Terms”).
1.3 Except as set forth herein, the Adopted Agreement remains unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the Terms of the Adopted Agreement and this Agreement, this Agreement will control.
ADOPTED AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Agreement between the Parties shall consist of the Interconnection Agreement entered into by and between Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink QC and Onvoy Spectrum, LLC, that was approved by the Commission in Docket number TC16-061 on November 28, 2016 ("Adopted Agreement").
1.2 This Agreement is made a part of and incorporates the terms and conditions of the Adopted Agreement, including all amendments to that Adopted Agreement (the “Terms”).
1.3 Except as set forth herein, the Adopted Agreement remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
ADOPTED AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Agreement between the Parties shall consist of the Interconnection Agreement entered into by and between CenturyTel of Monroe County, LLC d/b/a CenturyLink, CenturyTel of Northern Wisconsin, LLC d/b/a CenturyLink, CenturyTel of Northwest Wisconsin, LLC d/b/a CenturyLink, CenturyTel of Southern Wisconsin, LLC d/b/a CenturyLink, CenturyTel of Wisconsin, LLC d/b/a CenturyLink, Telephone USA of Wisconsin, LLC d/b/a CenturyLink and Integrated Path Communications, LLC, that was approved by the Commission in July 1, 2016, Docket No. 5-TI-2536 ("Adopted Agreement").
1.2 This Agreement is made a part of and incorporates the terms and conditions of the Adopted Agreement, including all amendments to that Adopted Agreement (the “Terms”).
1.3 Except as set forth herein, the Adopted Agreement remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
1.4 Unless otherwise stated differently in the Agreement, all CenturyLink obligations are CenturyLink ILEC operating company-specific obligations and are not obligations that are jointly-provided or otherwise shared between the listed operating companies as a collective entity.
ADOPTED AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Agreement between the Parties shall consist of the Interconnection Agreement entered into by and between Qwest Corporation d/b/a CenturyLink QC and Peerless Network of Utah, LLC that was Approved By Operation of Law, March 23, 2015 ("Adopted Agreement").
1.2 This Agreement is made a part of and incorporates the terms and conditions of the Adopted Agreement, including all amendments to that Adopted Agreement (the “Terms”).
1.3 Except as set forth herein, the Adopted Agreement remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
ADOPTED AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Agreement between the Parties shall consist of the Interconnection Agreement entered into by and between Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink QC and Zayo Group, LLC (formerly known as “360networks (USA) inc.”, pre Merger), approved by the Commission in 2006, for the State of Utah.
1.2 This Agreement is made a part of and incorporates the terms and conditions of the Adopted Agreement, including all amendments to that Adopted Agreement (the “Terms”).
1.3 Except as set forth herein, the Adopted Agreement remains unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the Terms of the Adopted Agreement and this Agreement, this Agreement will control.
1.4 The Parties understand and agree that, because CLEC is adopting an agreement between CenturyLink and a current Affiliate of CLEC, the specific traffic percentages and other carrier-specific provisions of the Adopted Agreement also apply to CLEC. However, either Party may request different traffic percentages and other carrier-specific provisions should studies indicate that there are differences between the affiliates.
