Adoption Leave SEB. a. For qualified and approved Adoption Leave (Article 13.08), the SEB payments shall be as follows: i. Upon proof of qualification for Employment Insurance Benefits, the employee will be entitled to a SEB payment equal to no more than ninety-five (95%) of the employee’s total regular weekly earnings for a period of two (2) weeks. ii. Each subsequent week’s SEB payment will “top up” the Employment Insurance benefit entitlement to equal seventy (70%) of the employee’s regular weekly earnings for a period of fifteen (15) weeks.
