Common use of ADSL AND HDSL Clause in Contracts

ADSL AND HDSL. 9.2.1 The Parties acknowledge that ADSL is not currently deployed for use in the NYNEX network. If the issues surrounding deployment of ADSL in NYNEX's network are satisfactorily resolved and ADSL is deployed, NYNEX shall allow NEFC access ADSL Links unbundled from local switching and local transport in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 9.0.
