Advance Notice – Emergency Situations Beyond the Control of the Employer. During the course of an employee’s regularly scheduled shift, emergency situations beyond the control of the Employer may arise which may require overtime to be worked with less than forty- eight (48) hours’ notice. In such situations, notice shall be given to employees as soon as possible.
