Common use of Advance Pay on Annual Leave Clause in Contracts

Advance Pay on Annual Leave. An employee may be paid for their scheduled Annual Leave in the last paycheck received prior to taking the Annual Leave days, provided the Employee makes a written request before the closing of the payroll for that paycheck.
