Advance Payment in Full. Upon execution and delivery of this Agreement by Agency, Agency will deposit with CSXT a sum equal to the Reimbursable Expenses, as shown by the Estimate. Agency shall submit advance deposit payment to CSXT for Reimbursable Expenses in the amount set forth in Section 3.2 Estimate, with a copy of the CSXT Schedule PA form attached to this agreement, to the address on the CSXT Schedule PA form. If CSXT anticipates that it may incur Reimbursable Expenses in excess of the deposited amount, CSXT will request an additional deposit equal to the then remaining Reimbursable Expenses which CSXT estimates that it will incur. CSXT shall request such additional deposit by delivery of invoices to Agency. Agency shall make such additional deposit within thirty (30) days following delivery of such invoice to Agency.

CSXT shall request such additional deposit by delivery of invoices to Agency. Agency shall make such additional deposit within eighty (80) days following delivery of such invoice(s), subject to the approval of Agency’s Board of Commissioners (“BOC”) at a regularly scheduled public meeting.

  • Payment in Full Upon the payment in full of all outstanding Liabilities, this Pledge Agreement shall terminate and the Pledgee shall forthwith assign, transfer and deliver to the Pledgor, against receipt and without recourse to the Pledgee, all Collateral then held by the Pledgee pursuant to the Pledge Agreement.

  • ADVANCE PAYMENT PROHIBITED Except as authorized by law, Contractor shall not request or receive advance payment for any Goods and/or Services furnished by Contractor pursuant to this Master Contract.

  • Repayment Obligation In the event that any State and/or federal funds are deferred and/or disallowed as a result of any audits or expended in violation of the laws applicable to the expenditure of such funds, the Contractor shall be liable to the Agency for the full amount of any claim disallowed and for all related penalties incurred. The requirements of this paragraph shall apply to the Contractor as well as any subcontractors.

  • Payment Terms – Payment in Arrears A. Invoices are to be submitted in arrears to the user agency/department to the ship- to address, unless otherwise directed in this CONTRACT. Payment will be net 30 days after receipt of an invoice in a format acceptable to the County of Orange and verified and approved by the agency/department and subject to routine processing requirements. The responsibility for providing an acceptable invoice rests with the CONTRACTOR.
